I recently had the opportunity to get acquainted with Windom Construction. As an inspector for the lender on a group of eight residential renovation projects, I was pleasantly surprised that the same high standards of workmanship and attention to detail that go into Windom's historic renovations were evident in our eight routine, if not mundane, residential renovation projects. Bob was also a pleasure to work with. If I were searching for a contractor on a personal project, Windom Construction would be on the top of the list.

As the chair of the Trustees I was the administrator of this National Registry Project. Windom Construction was competent and flexible as day to day decisions had to be made to accommodate the stringent requirements of the National Registry standards. We would recommend and use them again.

Windom Construction completed my home renovation in October 2010. It consisted of the addition of a Family Room, renovation of the existing Kitchen and addition of a second story Master Suite.
I was very pleased with the quality and attention to detail.
The appraisal of the completed work came back from the bank much higher than expected. The bank inspector even commented on the fine workmanship! (Throughout the project) Windom Construction demonstrated that my best interest was of paramount importance - I highly recommend Windom Construction.
